PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooking device in which an antistatic plate for the prevention of an electric shock can be fixed in a given position without the need for increasing the number of parts, while maintaining a conventional performance of keeping uniform a gap between induction heating coils and a cooking pan, and blasting cooled air into the gap, thereby cooling the heating coils. SOLUTION: The induction heating cooking device includes a top plate 1 on which a cooking pan 2 is placed, induction coils 4 placed under the top plate 1, and a gap spacer 5 placed between both in order to keep uniform the interval between the induction coils 4 and the top plate 1. An antistatic plate 6 is provided between the top plate 1 and induction coils 4, and the antistatic plate 6 is held by the gap spacer 5, as well as forming the gap spacer 5 in nearly inverse L shape with a heat-resistant resin. A horizontal section 5a is situated one step lower than the top surface 5c of a riser section 5b and extends horizontally toward the center side of the induction coils 4, and the induction coils 4 are covered by the horizontal portion 5a.
