<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the length of a path between a processor and a basic storage module by providing a cycle deciding path and element as close as possible to each other. CONSTITUTION: Plural flat packages 15 are provided along one surface within a rack frame 11 to be capable of rocking. These package 15 are connected to a flat edge connecting module(ECM) 21 to supply power for ECM 21 from its flat power supply module 15a. ECM 21 consists of plural multi-circuit semiconductor chip 21a with connection means 29 and 30 along its edge and is provided with a processor module and a switch module. On the other hand, flat surface mutually connecting wiring circuit boards 19 and 20 are provided with a large surface orthogonal with the front surface of the frame 11 in parallel with the connector edge of ECM 21 to secure connection of the switch module and the processor module. In addition, a memory card is connected to a back surface in he direction of the thickness of circuit boards 19 and 20 to connect with the switch module.</p> |
