PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film having gas barrier property, durable barrier property at a high humidity adhesive property of coated film, and printability. SOLUTION: In the film comprising a coated film containing inorganic plate- like particles and water soluble or dispersible polymer as main component on at least one surface of a thermoplastic resin base material, surface roughness parameter Rt/Ra of the coated film is 25 or less, and number of waviness in a range of 25 to 100μm of a diameter of a surface of the coated film is 1 to 150 pieces/mm<2> .
