PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize batch transmission by a SAM specified by software without increasing bit width and to execute high-speed processing without being accompanied by overhead due to split application of the SAM by FW(Firmware). SOLUTION: Whole SAM holding F/F 1-1 stores the SAM(Shelter Area Mask) assigned by the software, SAM selectors 1-5 to 1-8 generate a SAM for the next cycle, a SAM selection part 1-2 controls the SAM selectors according to whole SAM display 1-10 and to a next SAM display 1-9, a next SAM generating part 1-3 resets the bits of a SAM corresponding to the number of words of registers transferable in one cycle, and a next SAM holding F/F 1-4 stores/ holds the SAM used in the next cycle. This makes it possible to perform batch transmission by a SAM assigned by the software correspondently to the bit width of all the SAMs assigned by the software without increasing the amount of hardware.
