PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display model capable of reflecting information obtained through ultrasonic waves. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic wave data forming part 16 forms ultrasonic wave data of a target tissue based on a plurality of echo data. A display model forming part 18 forms a display model by varying the form of a standard model for the target tissue based on correlation between the target tissue and the ultrasonic wave data. The standard model is composed of a plurality of segments to which order of priority is set in accordance with the degree of significance in the standard model. The display model forming part 18 determines the form of each segment based on the correlation with the ultrasonic wave data, and determines the form of a plurality of the segments in accordance with the order of priority, so that the form of the standard model is varied to form the display model.
