PURPOSE:To enable simple analysis of components in an alloy-plated copper plate without use of an full-time operator, by combining automation at the final peeling point of an alloy-plated film and an equipment analysis thereon. CONSTITUTION:A fixed amount of HCl is sent to a dissolving tank 5 with a constant volume pump P1 from a dissolving solution tank 1. An alloy-plated film of a measuring sample 6 is peeled off a steel plate and the potential of the measuring sample 6 for a comparison electrode 8 is measured continuously with a potentiometer 9. As the final peeling point of the alloy-plated film is judged with an arithmetic controller 17, a tilting device 10 is operated to turn the dissolving tank 5 in the direction (a) so that the dissolving solution containing the alloy-plated film will flow into a reservoir 11. A solenoid valve V3 is opened to introduce the dissolving solution containing the plated film into a fluorescent X rays unit 13 via a three-way cock 12. An analysis on components is performed automatically with an X rays generator 15 and a fluorescent X rays detector 16 and the amount of attached alloy-plated film and the alloy ratio are computed with the arithmetic controller 17 to be shown on a display 18. |
