PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely form an oscillation converting section which has a slit without requiring slit cutting works. SOLUTION: First and second piezoelectric elements 6, 7 are sandwiched by first and second blocks 4, 6 to constitute a stator 2. The first block 4 comprises upper and lower blocks 11, 10. One of the upper block, lower block or a rotor 3 is provided with slits for converting longitudinal oscillation into a torsional oscillation at a constant interval in the outer circumferential, part and a plurality of element plates are laminated to constitute an oscillation converting section. A joint means is provided on the outer circumference of the oscillation converting section in order to tightly adhere fit the plurality of element plates. |
