The present invention relates to a composition of non-woven fabric having molten cellulose ultrafine fiber, non-woven fabric having molten cellulose ultrafine fiber, and a manufacturing method thereof. Furthermore, the present invention relates to products using thereof. More specifically, the non-woven fabric having molten cellulose ultrafine fiber includes a bulky fibrous assembly and has pores inside the fiber to increase specific surface area of the fiber. To this end, the composition of non-woven fabric having molten cellulose ultrafine fiber comprises: 0.01-2 parts by weight of a radical production inhibitor and 0.001-2.5 parts by weight of a radical activity inhibitor with respect to 100 parts by weight of a mixture including 50-75 wt% of a thermoplastic cellulose ester resin and 25-50 wt% of a plasticizer.
