PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembly work by inserting the insertion section of a support metal fitting into the hole of a nozzle diaphragm outer shaft and coupling the insertion section and an eccentric projection with the notch section of a casing. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical insertion section 2a and an eccentric projection 2b from the insertion section 2a are provided on a support metal fitting 2. The insertion section 2a is inserted into the hole 14 of a nozzle diaphragm outer shaft 1b, and the projection 2b is coupled with the notch section of a casing. The support metal fitting 2 is rotated, thereby the vertical direction of a diaphragm is adjusted. Accordingly, the assembly work can be performed easily.
