PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dislocation of information after file recompilation and to perform a file recompiling work without accompanying shutdown of a system. SOLUTION: This file recompilation system dealing with continuous operation in which a first information storage part 3 temporarily stores updated operation information to a second information storage part 4, stores file names to be an object of recompilation together with the respective recompilation processing stages by temporarily storing the updated operation information in the case of file copy from the second information storage part 4 to the first information storage part 3 to hold the same piece of operation information and to realize a duplex operation and having a temporary storage part 2 to manage a recompilation processing by unit of file and an operation processing 1 to control start of a timer, to perform the file recompilation of the second information storage part 4, to perform a restoration processing of the updated operation information being recompiled in the second information storage part 4 and to perform control to perform the duplex operation between the first information storage part 3 and the second information storage part 4 during the continuous operation is provided.
