摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil insulation structure for a rotary electric machine of which the durability and the reliability are improved by preventing cracking.SOLUTION: The coil insulation structure for the rotary electric machine comprises: bare conductor portions 6 and 7 of a plurality of coil lead-out parts of the rotary electric machine; a connection conductor 8 that electrically connects the bare conductor portions 6 and 7 of the coil lead-out parts; an insulation cap 1 including an opening for accommodating a combination article of the bare conductor portions 6 and 7 of the coil lead-out parts and the connection conductor 8; and an insulation filler layer, including an insulative resin 2, disposed while being interposed between the combination article and an inner peripheral surface of the insulation cap 1. In the coil insulation structure for the rotary electric machine, the insulative resin 2 is characterized in that a difference between a value of a linear expansion coefficient at a glass transition temperature +30°C of the insulative resin 2 and a value of a linear expansion coefficient at a glass transition temperature -30°C of the insulative resin 2 is equal to or smaller than 8×10. A manufacturing method thereof and the rotary electric machine with the coil insulation structure are also disclosed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
