<p>PURPOSE: To provide a controller in which an erroneous shipment can be surely avoided in a state that a function abnormality is occurred, the occurrence of the disadvantage caused by the malfunction based on an abnormality even when the shipment is erroneously performed and the safety in use can be improved. CONSTITUTION: In a controller in which plural control functions are provided and the plural control functions are separately or simultaneously inspected in each of plural inspection processes, an abnormality occurrence information holding means 102 holding the abnormality occurrence information on an inspection abnormality when the inspection abnormality is occurred in any inspection process of the plural inspection processes, an abnormality presence or absence discriminating means 103 discriminating whether the abnormality occurrence information holding means 102 holds abnormality occurrence information or not, and a working restraining means 104 restraining the workings based on the plural control functions when it is discriminated that the abnormality occurrence information holding means 102 holds abnormality occurrence information by the abnormality presence or absence discriminating means 103.</p> |
