<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a method for recycling waste rubber goods such as rubber glove in the form of powder. Through this process, waste rubber which would otherwise be discarded as causing environmental pollution can be used as reclaimed resources in industrial fields. CONSTITUTION: The recycling method comprises the steps of collection, washing with water, cutting to be 2-4mm in diameter, softening in solvent for 5-7days thereby inducing swelling of rubber structure, palavering with ball mill with adding 1-3% ammonia for the restrain of bonding among rubber particles, separating rubber particles from solvent by using centrifugal force, drying at low pressure and low temperature.</p> |
