METHOD FOR FORMING MEANDERING ANNULAR COIL AND MEANDERING ANNULAR COIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact meandering annular coil exhibiting excellent dimensional precision and insulation by preventing the winding from being unwound when the meandering annular coil is bent. SOLUTION: A wire becoming a winding is coated with adhesive on the outer circumference thereof and formed into an annular coil to which meandering is performed thus obtaining a meandering annular coil molding. The meandering annular coil molding is placed in a heating/heat treatment die and then heated and heat treated while being secured to the heating/heat treatment die thus solidifying the adhesive by baking. Alternatively, the meandering annular coil molding is molded to final shape by secondary molding press and heat treated while being secured to the die. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
