PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve a probability to successfully receive a PDU retransmitted by a transmitter. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a communication method for continuously receiving a plurality of PDUs from a radio base station 2 via a radio link, including the steps of: judging whether or not any one of the plurality of PDUs is lost; and instructing the radio base station 2 to increase transmission power in the radio base station 2 prior to retransmission timing for retransmitting the lost PDU from the radio base station 2 when it is judged that any one of the plurality of PDUs is lost.
