PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool capable of reducing vibration by driving of a stroking element and improving work efficiency. SOLUTION: This power tool is furnished with a motor 21 having a driving shaft 22, a casing part 2 at least incorporated with the motor 21, a piston 54 driven by the motor 21 and drives the stroking element 56, an intermediate shaft part 41 arranged between the piston 54 and driving shaft 22, extending in parallel with the driving shaft 22 and rotated by the driving shaft 22, and a motion conversion mechanism arranged on the intermediate shaft part 41, selectively interlocked with the intermediate shaft part 41 and converting rotating motion of the intermediate shaft part 41 to reciprocating motion. The motion conversion mechanism has a first motion conversion mechanism, the piston 54 is connected to the first motion conversion mechanism and constituted to reciprocatingly move in the axial direction of the intermediate shaft part 41, and the power tool is furnished with a second weight 55 reciprocatingly moving in the axial direction of the intermediate shaft part 41 in an opposite phase of reciprocating motion of the piston 54.
