PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous adhesive composition for a blister pack, the composition having good application property to a base sheet for a blister pack, good thermal adhesion between the base sheet of a blister pack and a blister member made of a thermoplastic resin having a flat part to be thermally adhered to the base sheet of the blister pack, and having blocking resistance against an article included therein, and to provide a package container for a blister pack obtained by using the above aqueous adhesive composition for a blister pack. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition contains: an aqueous styrene-acrylic resin emulsion (A) having a glass transition temperature of -10°C or lower; an aqueous styrene-acrylic resin emulsion (B) having a glass transition temperature of -5°C to 10°C; an aqueous styrene-acrylic resin emulsion (C) having a glass transition temperature of 35°C or higher; an aqueous styrene-butadiene resin emulsion (D) having a glass transition temperature of 25°C or lower; a polyethylene emulsion wax (E) having an average particle diameter of 2 to 8μm; and an aqueous medium (F), in a specified compounding rate of each component.
