PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of improving an AC image lag at room temperature and high temperature.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device of the invention comprises: a liquid crystal display plate containing plural pixels; a signal control unit for creating a video data signal so that, black gradation data voltage is shifted by a first value, intermediate gradation data voltage is shifted by a second value, and white gradation data voltage is shifted by a third value, out of the data voltage applied to the plural pixels; a data drive unit for applying the data voltage to plural data lines which are coupled to the plural pixels; and a common voltage creation unit for providing optimal common voltage with respect to the white gradation data voltage to the liquid crystal display plate when temperature of the liquid crystal display plate is lower than reference temperature, and providing optimal common voltage with respect to any one of the black gradation and intermediate gradation, to the liquid crystal display plate when temperature of the liquid crystal display plate is equal to or more than the reference temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
