摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an optical component at a high accuracy even in case of continuously molding by using an active energy beam curable resin having a relatively high viscosity in each predetermined molding step. SOLUTION: Movable high viscosity coating device 15a and low viscosity coating device 15b are provided at both sides of a mold 1a. A high viscosity active energy beam curing resin is filled in the device 15a, and a low viscosity active energy beam curable resin is filled in the device 15b. When a base 12 for placing a substrate 10 is moved to a predetermined position, the device 15b is moved down onto the substrate 10 to coat a predetermined position on a surface of the substrate 10 with a predetermined amount of the low viscosity resin. After this resin is cured in a predetermined shape, its molding is released from the mold, thereby manufacturing a desired optical component. When these steps are, for example, repeated 30 times, resin coating is once switched from the device 15b to the device 15a, and the substrate 10 is coated.
