PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an interactive marketing research system making marketing and developing of goods possible to predict the future by improving a POS system. SOLUTION: In a computer system collecting customer information by providing information on amusement and life to provide the collected information to client companies, the system comprises an information collecting/providing center composed of portable radio terminals of customers, a web server to transmit information to the terminals of the customers via a communication network and to receive the customer information replying to contents of the transmitted information, a database server to register, save and store information for providing to customers and information obtained from the customers, an analyzing means for customer information to analyze, process and segment the customer information and a providing means for customer information to provide the customer information obtained by analyzing to the client companies and terminal devices of the companies connected to the center to receive the analyzed customer information. |
