A filtering device for an aquarium is provided to be detachably installed from the aquarium and to make microorganisms inhabit inside to remove polluting materials. Plural water holes are formed on a filtering device for an aquarium capable of being separately installed. Microorganism carriers(130) are suspended on the lower part of the filtering device for an aquarium, which is divided into an upper space and a lower space by a water distributing plate(120). The upper space is completely sealed by an upper case(110) and a cover(111). A ventilation hole(111a) and a polluted water inflow pipe(140) are connected to one side of the upper case. The lower space is sealed by the lower case. A gas discharge hole(160) is formed on the upper part of the side of the lower case. |
