<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device for preventing characteristic change caused by an optical component in temperature load environment. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical device including bonded structure where a base 2 and the optical component 14 are bonded through three bonding parts 17, the three bonding parts 17 have the same shape substantially, and lines connecting the centers of figure of the respective bonding parts 17 form a triangle 12. The center of figure 13 of the triangle 12 is on an axis 16 perpendicular to the bonding surface of the optical component 14 and passing through the center of gravity 15 of the optical component 14. Since the force acting on the center axis 16 of the optical component 14 in temperature load is balanced even when a linear expansion coefficient is different between the base 2 and the optical component 14, the positional deviation of the optical component 14 is restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
