PURPOSE:To realize treatment generating no rupture or deformation at the Lithe of the heat treatment of the food, drug or air-containing product in a plastic container increasing air permeability at the time of high temp. by evacuating a treatment tank in a hermetically closed system to perform heating, sterilization and cooling under the control of pressure. CONSTITUTION:A treatment tank 1 internally provided with a spray pipe 3 and having a gas supply and discharge port 1a at the upper end thereof and a water tank 4 internally provided with a bubbling pipe 5 and having a gas supply and discharge port 4a at the upper end thereof are connected by a gas communication pipe 6 consisting of valves, a compressor 7 and bypasses 8, 9. The lower part of the treatment tank and the lower part of the water tank are connected by a water communication pipe 10 having a valve and a pump 11 to form a hermetically closed system and the lower part of the treatment tank and a heat exchanger 12 are connected to the spray pipe in the treatment tank through a valve and a pump 14 to form a treatment liquid circulating passage 13 and the treatment tank is evacuated by the replacement with inert gas and the pressure in the treatment tank is adjusted by transferring the inert gas by the compressor of the gas communication pipe to perform heating, sterilization and cooling treatments. |
