PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a production cost and operability excellent. SOLUTION: In this digital content remote access comprising a digital signal processor and a micro-processor, and a regenerated chip 30, the digital signal processor and the micro-processor are used to download a digital data selected by a user from an external system connected to the digital signal processor. Since the micro-processor is able to transmit a user identification signal to the external system, the external system is able to conduct user authentication. The external system enciphers and compresses the required digital data to be transmitted to the digital signal processor and the micro-processor. The digital signal processor and the micro-processor deciphers and depresses the received digital data to be displayed on a display.
