<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified dust remover with a reduced number of part items, excellent in operability and handling property, and capable of quickly removing dust adhered/deposited on the surface of a wall around a water spray nozzle of a gas cooling chamber. <P>SOLUTION: This simplified dust remover 1 consists of a guide body 7 attached to a nozzle fixing stub 4 provided to a wall part 3 of the gas cooling chamber 2, a support body 8 inserted into the guide body 7, a rotating shaft 9 inserted into the support body 8, a scrape-off plate 10 which is oscillatingly attached to the tip part of the rotating shaft 9 and which can take a scrape-off position along the inner surface of the wall part 3, and an operation handle 11 which is oscillatingly attached to the base end of the rotating shaft 9 over an operational position to rotate/operate it and a non-operational position not to rotate/operate it. A cam plate 11c is provided to the base end of the operation handle 11 to permit locking of the scrape-off plate 10 being at the scrape-off position by oscillating operation of the operation handle 11 to the scrape-off position and unlocking it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
