PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device which is stably driven and an image forming apparatus furnished with the optical device. SOLUTION: The optical device 1 has: a second mass part 23 which has a light reflection part 29 and is turnably provided; a driving means which drives the second mass part 23; and a heat sink 10 bonded to a supporting part 24 via a bonding film 11, wherein the driving means turns the second mass part 23 then an object is scanned with the light reflected on the light reflection part 29. The bonding film 11 includes an Si framework having a random atomic structure including siloxane binding and a leaving group bound to the Si framework before energy is given. In such a bonding film 11, part of leaving group is detached from the Si framework by giving an energy, instead active species is developed. Thus, adhesiveness is developed on the bonding film 11 and a supporting part 24 and the heat sink 10 are bonded. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
