A method and device for processing circuit switched fallback terminal communication. The method comprises: a terminal determining that a first 4G network cell is a CSFB called failure cell, wherein the CSFB called failure cell is a 4G network cell causing CSFB called failure due to a pre-set reason, and the first 4G network cell is a current serving cell of the terminal (S101); and when the terminal does not perform a data service, the terminal changing a registration network to a 2G or 3G network from a 4G network (S102). Thus, it is ensured that the terminal can successfully perform voice communication when serving as a called party, and the CSFB called call-completion rate is improved. |
