<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and highly accurate magnetic sensor. SOLUTION: In the magnetic sensor for measuring strength of a magnetic field, a current path 3 closely adhered to a thin film and a distortion measuring element 4 of the thin film are provided on the thin film 2 provided on one substrate 1, distortion of the thin film caused by interaction between the magnetic field and a current is measured by the distortion measuring element, and the output is converted into the strength of the magnetic field.</p> |
