PURPOSE: Provided is an organic electroluminescense(EL) element of high luminosity and of a long-life by using bis(di-aryl-amino)arylene compound of the formula(1). CONSTITUTION: As a composition material of the organic EL element, a specific bis(di-aryl-amino)arylene compound represented by formula(1) is used. In the formula, Ar1 is a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group which contains 5-42 carbon number; at least one of Ar2 to Ar5 is an aryl group which contains 6-20 carbon number independently, respectively represented by the following formula(2); and the rest of Ar2 to Ar5 is independently an aryl group which contains 6-20 carbon number; at least one of Ar2 to Ar5 has one or more hydrocarbon group containing oxygen atom; and Ar2 and Ar3 and/or Ar4 and Ar5 may form a ring mutually.
