The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite material processing drill tool. The composite material processing drill tool includes: a cutter which is arranged on a tip to come in contact with the composite material and processes a hole to form the hole on a workpiece made of heterogeneous materials laminated together; and an adapter which is arranged on the rear end of the cutter to be coupled with an air tool driving the cutter. The cutter is made of hard metal. The adapter is made of a heat-treated material. The cutter and the adapter are coupled through brazing. The method, which is for manufacturing the composite material processing drill tool, is employed to couple the tip made of hard metal and the adapter made of the heat-treated material to reduce material cost and extend the service life of a mill tool significantly. |
