Disclosed are a composite formulation for oral administration and a producing method thereof. The disclosed composite formulation for oral administration comprises nicotinamide, a coating agent and a release retardant, wherein the coating agent comprises: at least repetitive unit (A) of a repetitive unit represented by chemical formula 1 and a repetitive unit represented by chemical formula 2; and a repetitive unit (B) represented by chemical formula 3 and further comprises an organosilane compound where the ratio of the repetitive unit (A) and the repetitive unit (B) is 7:3 to 8:2 with respect to the molar ratio.
