PURPOSE:To complete the connection of pipes in a short time by installing a pair of lead wires pulled out from a coupling and a connector for connecting a controller which is installed at the top edge of the lead wires and covering the lead wire by a heat insulating member. CONSTITUTION:A coupling body 1 consists of a sleeve 2 made of resin and a heating metal wire embedded into the inner peripheral part, i.e., a wire 3. A pair of lead wires 4 are pulled out from the coupling body 1, and a connector 5 for connecting a controller is installed at the top edge of the lead wire. The lead wire 4 has the extension parts on both the sides of the wire 3, and the parts are connected with both the edges of the wire 3, and made of the same material to the wire 3. Further, the lead wire 4 is covered with a heat insulating material 6. Further, the connector 5 is formed to a shape fitted with the connection part of the controller. Accordingly, easy and sure connection in a narrow space is enabled, and workability and reliability are improved. |
