PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cruciferous plant containing GABA which has hypotension activities in high concentration, and its dried powder, and further to provide a squeezed juice of the cruciferous plant and a dried powder of the squeezed juice. SOLUTION: A cruciferous plant is subjected to anaerobic treatment and/or temperature-keeping treatment at 25-50 deg.C (GABA-enriching treatment), and the treated product is dried to provide the cruciferous plant or its dried powder. When treating the cruciferous plant, a microwave treatment is carried out to provide the cruciferous plant keeping the green color and maintaining the GABA content, its dried powder, the squeezed juice of the cruciferous plant and the drier powder thereof. |
