PURPOSE:To enable cycles of copying operation state and pause state to be performed arbitrarily in the case of operating the copying machine without using supply thereby letting the same make running operation by providing a control part using a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 5, upon receiving signals from various detectors such as of paper absence detection, paper jam detection, toner detection, etc. in the copying machine 6 via input-output interface 4, performs operation and judgement in its CPU according to the processing programs having been stored in ROM 2 and is making sequence controlling and safety checking of the copying process. The free running wherein copying operation is continued by disregarding the detection signals from the respective detectors during running operation and when the copying times being counted coincide with the copying number having been set with a preset counter the copying operation is stopped is accomplished by the control part using said microcomputer 5. |
