PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee plastering machine having a good weight balance matching with a traveling vehicle. SOLUTION: The levee plastering machine 1 includes a machine frame 2 linked to a tractor and a turnable linking body 3 attached to the machine frame 2 so as to be freely turnable about a first vertical axis (a). The levee plastering machine 1 includes a movable machine frame 4 attached to the rear end part of the turnable linking body 3 so as to be turnable about a second vertical axis (b), and a levee former 51 carrying out levee-forming operation while rotating about a rotary axis (c). The movable machine frame 4 can be moved to a forward working position, a non-operation position, and a retracted working position. When the movable machine frame 4 is positioned at the forward working position, the rotary axis (c) is positioned forward from the second vertical axis (b) in the plane view.
