The present invention relates to an eco-friendly polyurethane foam. More particularly, the present invention relates to an eco-friendly polyurethane foam obtained by synthesis of a polylactic acid-based polyol. The method for preparing an eco-friendly polyurethane foam according to the present invention comprises the steps of: 1) preparing a polyol from polylactic acid; and 2) making the polyol react with an isocyanate to provide a polyurethane. In the method, the polyol is polylactictriol. The method for preparing an eco-friendly polyurethane according to the present invention further includes polyether polyol in the step 2). In addition, the method for preparing an eco-friendly polyurethane comprises the steps of: 1) combining a mixed solution of 1.5 parts by weight of water, 15 parts by weight of cyclohexane, 20-80 parts by weight of polylactictriol and 20-70 parts by weight of pentaerythritol polyetherpolyol, as a foaming agent, with 3 parts weight of pentamethyldiethylene triamine as a catalyst and 2.5 parts by weight of a surfactant to provide a mixed polyol solution; and 2) introducing 50 g of the mixed polyol solution and 50 g of an isocyanate to a 2 L cup and agitating the mixture for 30 seconds and foaming the mixture to obtain a foam. In addition, the eco-friendly polyurethane foam according to the present invention is obtained by a method comprising the steps of: 1) preparing a polyol from polylactic acid; and 2) making the polyol react with an isocyanate to prepare a polyurethane. |
