PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal board in which mounting of a bus bar is easy, and in which cost can be suppressed since the number of parts can be reduced, and an electric power steering device equipped with this. SOLUTION: In the electric power steering device equipped with a motor to add a steering assist force to a steering column, and a control unit to control the motor, the terminal board of the control unit is constituted to be equipped with a plurality of terminal terminals 32, an insulator 33 interposed between the terminal terminals 32, and a fixing tool 35 to mutually fix these terminal terminals 32 and the insulator 33 in a penetrated state.
