PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the wiring of a GND line without hindering the drive. SOLUTION: This is an oscillatory actuator which generates vertical oscillation and flexural oscillation harmonically in an elastic body 11 and performs the relative motion between the driving force taking-out part 11a lying in the specified position of the elastic body and the relative motion member 20 in contact with it, by applying a drive signal to electromechanical converting elements 12A and 12B joined to the elastic body 11, and here the electromechanical transducer elements 12A, 12B, 12P, and 12P' are provided at the face on opposite side to the driving force taking-out part 11a of the elastic body 11, and a GND line 15G connected to common potential is provided in the groove 16 made in the face. |
