PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cardlike information recording medium capable of improving the reliability in connection of a semiconductor chip and a manufacturing method for the cardlike information recording medium. SOLUTION: This cardlike information recording medium is provided with a basic body 20 formed like a card, the semiconductor chip 30 sealed at substantially center CP in the direction of thickness in the basic body 20 and storing information, an information input and output part 50 for inputting and outputting information to the semiconductor chip 30, and a wiring board 40 sealed in the basic body 20 and having a wiring pattern connected electrically with the semiconductor chip 30 and the information input and output part 50. |
