<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a webbing insert member such as a shoulder anchor allowing defective windings to be reduced and webbing to be extracted and wound satisfactorily by remarkably improving the efficiency of slippage thereof with the webbing. SOLUTION: The shoulder anchor 1 comprises a metal plate-like body 2, a slip piece 6 engaged with the body 2, and a synthetic resin mold 4. A low frictional material layer is formed on the front surface of the curved surface 6a of the slip piece 6. Fluororesin coatings in addition to ceramic coatings such as molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, boron nitride, and graphite fluoride in addition to a fluororesin coating, nickel plating, chromium plating, and boron plating are cited as the low frictional material layer. The front surface of the curved surface 6a is formed in a rough surface, and the sliding surface of the webbing is 7 to 17μm in 10-point average roughness (Rz) and 150 to 350μm in irregular average interval (Sm).</p> |
