<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device permitting an excellent display by suppressing fluctuation of a holding voltage in auxiliary capacitance. SOLUTION: An insulating substrate 10 is provided with display pixels arrayed thereon in each area surrounded by plural gate signal lines 51 and plural drain signal lines 52, and is provided with gate projecting parts 53 made to project in the extending direction of the drain signal lines 52 from the gate signal lines 51 and arranged to be partly superposed on the drain signal lines 52, and an auxiliary capacitance forming part for forming capacitance by capacitance electrodes 54 formed of p-Si 13 via the gate projecting parts 53 and a gate insulating film 12, and semiconductor films 54 and the drain signal lines 52 are arranged via a 1st interlayer insulating film 15, and also the semiconductor films 54 and the drain signal lines 52 have a two-dimensionally non- superposed structure in the auxiliary capacitance forming part.</p> |
