PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a difference accurately between subjects captured in different shooting conditions.SOLUTION: A detection apparatus 2 includes: a three-dimensional point group estimation section 105 which extracts a position and attitude of a camera, in a combination of a first image of a first image group captured including the same non-change area and a second image of a second image group; a three-dimensional shape restoration section 108 which generates first shape data of the first image group viewed from the extracted position and attitude of the camera and second shape data of the second image group; and a three-dimensional shape comparison section 109 which compares the first shape data with the second shape data, and outputs a different-shape part obtained as a result of the comparison, as a change area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
