PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a value receipt supporting system capable of providing and exerting right of a stock option by a method optimal for counter value receipt based on acquisition of the stock option. SOLUTION: This system supporting counter value receipt based on acquisition of the stock option is provided with a current price storing means 4 storing a current price M1 per a unit stock, an exercise price storing means 4 storing an exercise price M2 per unit stock of the stock option, a stock number storing means 4 storing the number of stocks N3 to be provided with the stock option, a value computing means 205 computing a difference by subtracting the exercise price M2 from the current price M1, a contract information outputting means 209 outputting information encouraging conclusion of an option providing contract to consider provision of the stock option to a payee as a payment equivalent of (the current price M1 - the exercise price M2) × the number of stocks N3}, and an exercise information outputting means 213 exerting the option based on the option providing contract and outputting information promoting acquisition of a stock. |
