摘要 PURPOSE:To dispense with a high-precision mechanical interlocking mechanism and to focus easily only with an electrical system by providing a focus variable liq. crystal lens and a signal generating means capable of moving a camera lens in correspondence with the distance between the lens and the object to be photographed with a signal for controlling the focus of the lens. CONSTITUTION:An image passing through a liq. crystal lens 3 is focused on a focusing screen 8 by operating a knob 10, a control voltage 6 corresponding to the distance from an object to be photographed is formed on the sliding end of a rheostat, and the focus of the lens 3 is regulated. A focus controlling signal is supplied to a motor driving signal generating circuit 11 by a driving circuit 9, and camera lens 5 is driven by a motor 12 to focus the object on a film. Accordingly, a high-precision mechanical interlocking mechanism for focusing is dispensed with, and the focusing is performed by electrical regulation.
