PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely select only a necessary electronic mail through a simple operation by retrieving a saved electronic mail according to a received key word and sending the retrieved electronic mail preferentially to a terminal device at the time of access. SOLUTION: An electronic mail server 1, when receiving the key word from an electronic mail client 2 together with a key word registration request, confirms whether or not the key word is the key word of a registered client by a receive mail discrimination part 13 by referring to a client list 15, and stores the key word in a client setting key word storage part 16. Then an electronic mail containing >=1 stored key words is retrieved from electronic mails that are already stored in a mail box 17 for storage and only when it is judged that there is the electronic mail containing the key words, the electronic mail is moved to a mail box 18 for transmission, so that the electronic mail is sent to the electronic mail client 2 immediately at a request. |
