A biosensing system for detecting the concentration of biomarkers and a corresponding detection method. The system comprises: a light receiving module (20) for receiving a light intensity signal transmitted by an organic electroluminescence element (10) and transmitting the light intensity signal to a photoelectric signal conversion module (30); the photoelectric signal conversion module (30) for amplifying the light intensity signal, converting same into an electric signal, converting the electric signal into a digital signal, and outputting same to a processing module (40): the processing module (40) for determining the concentration of biomarkers to be detected according to the variation of the digital signal; the organic electroluminescence element (10) comprises a luminescence body (100), the luminescence body (100) comprises a luminescence layer (101), and the luminescence layer (101) is made of an organic electroluminescence material. The luminescence characteristic of the organic electroluminescence material is applied to the field of the detection of biological macromolecules to detect the concentration of to-be-detected biomarkers, thereby enlarging the application field of the organic electroluminescence material, realizing the high-selectivity and high-specificity detection, and improving the detection sensitivity for the biological macromolecules.
