PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate that can secure the bonding force between a waterproof film and the fabric bowed filling, and can reduce weight, while suppressing occurrence of bowed filling when bonding a waterproof film and the fabric and to provide the method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The laminate 1 is assumed to be a laminate that puts a waterproof film 4 between a first cloth 2 and a second cloth 3. The first cloth 2 is a fabric of 3-30 g/min the mass per unit area. This fabric processes the warp and the weft by resin A and filling is processed. The first cloth 2 and the waterproof film 4 are bonded with the dot shape resin A5 and the resin B6. The second cloth 3 and the waterproof film 4 are bonded with the resin C8. As the resin A, the thermosetting resin or the thermoplastic resin of the melting point 80-160°C are used, and as the resin B, the thermoplastic resin of 5-40°C lower melting point than the melting point of resin A is used. |
