PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing and constructing a fiber net receiving stone is provided to restore an ecosystem and a scene around a river, and to prevent the erosion of a riverbank. CONSTITUTION: In order to manufacture the fiber net capable of safely receiving and transferring 100kg to 4000kg of gravel, waste concrete mass, crushed rocks and the like, the fiber net is made up of nylon or polyester having a tensile strength of 40 kg/cm or more, an elasticity of 40 to 70percent, a durability of 50 years or more. In addition, an auxiliary rope having a tensile strength of 1000kg/cm or more which serves to bind the entrance of the fiber net, a drawing rope having a tensile strength of 2000kg/cm or more, and a transfer ring made of iron and steel are provided.
