PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card in which fine adjustment can be easily applied to the resonance frequency of an antenna coil and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This non-contact IC card where a circuit board 10 and an antenna coil 11 that is connected to the circuit board 10 and transmits and receives information through a prescribed medium are sealed with coated resin 12, the resin 12 is composed of two sheets of films made from heat fusion bonded resin, fusion bonded to each other by heat, the antenna coil 11 is composed of a winding coil 14 obtained by positioning thin metallic wire (copper wire 14A) with needle members 13 and winding the thin metallic wire spirally in a polygonal or its similar shape on one film, and the winding coil 14 and the circuit board 10 are sealed between the two sheets of the films, is provided with a tuning means T tuning the resonance frequency of the antenna coil 11. |
