<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pointing device having good operability and locking an operation body by means of a simple structure. SOLUTION: A mushroom-shaped operation body 50 is installed to a lever 22 in a switch main body 20 for inputting operation in the X-Y directions. Beneath a large-diameter disc-shaped operation part 52 formed in the upper part of the operation body 50, an annular locking member 40 is arranged. The locking member 40 is supported movably in the Z-direction and around the Z-axis by means of a supporting means 30 fixed around the switch main body 20 and moved straight in the Z-direction according to the rotational operation around the Z-axis. The upper face of the locking member 40 is abutted to the lower face of the operation part 52 when the locking member 40 is operated, and consequently, the operation body 50 is fixed in a vertically standing state.</p> |
